At Sol Beauty & Care, we want you to feel confident in your curves; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached, then securely pack them in the original shipping bag.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
